Two people reported minor injuries, one resident had to be admitted into a hospital with more serious wounds after being hit by a torn garage roof.
Several primary school children were filmed falling on the ground and being dragged along the street by the force of the wind as they tried to make their way back home.

Trans-Baikal region’s governor Alexander Osipov warned the residents against going outdoors as the weather forecast was for the wind to grow stronger.
The stormy weather will stay for two more days, said regional Ministry of Emergency Situations.
